[mai'jɔ̃], Victor-Charles, belgischer Instrumentenbauer und Akustiker, * Brüssel 10. 3. 1841, ✝ Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat (Département Alpes-Maritimes) 17. 6. 1924; wurde 1865 Teilhaber (1887 Leiter) der väterlichen Blasinstrumentenfabrik in Brüssel, ab 1877 auch Konservator des von ihm eingerichteten Instrumentenmuseums des königlichen Konservatoriums in Brüssel. Mahillon veröffentlichte den für die Systematik der Musikinstrumente grundlegenden »Catalogue descriptif et analytique du Musée Instrumental du Conservatoire royal. .. de Bruxelles« (1880-1922, 5 Bände).
